For freelance marketers and 1–3 person agencies

Stop rebuilding the same monthly report for every client

A Looker Studio template, a tracker, and a narrative system that turns your GA4 and Search Console reporting from a few hours per client into about fifteen minutes.

Freelance digital marketers and the like spend 2-3 hours per client every month pulling data from Google Analytics and Search Console. — a freelancer describing the problem on Indie Hackers, March 2026. If you have 8 retainer clients, that's two working days a month, every month, on a task with no creative upside.

Why a kit and not a tool

There are plenty of reporting SaaS products. The objection that kills them, raised in that same thread, is blunt: would you give a new tool access to your client's analytics accounts?

Reasonably, no. So this isn't a tool. There's no OAuth, no account connection, no vendor sitting between you and your client's data, and nothing to cancel. You connect your own data sources in your own Google account, exactly as you already do — you just stop building the report layer from scratch.

What's in it

$39one time, no subscription

For reference: at $39, this pays for itself the first month if it saves you one hour and you bill anything at all.

Honest status: this isn't built yet. I'm validating before building, so nobody wastes their time — mine on a product nobody wants, yours on a half-hearted one. No payment is being taken and no card is being asked for. Leave your email and I'll tell you when it exists, at $29 instead of $39 for having been early. If not enough people want it, I'll email you to say it's cancelled rather than quietly disappear.

One email when it ships, one if it's cancelled. Nothing else, and no list-sharing.

What would make this genuinely useful to you?

This is the question I actually want answered. If your reporting pain is somewhere other than where I've guessed — pulling from four ad platforms rather than two Google properties, or handling the one-off "can you check this" requests — that's more useful to me than a signup. Reply to the confirmation email and tell me. I read all of them.
